Building the trolley line in Red Hook, Phase II. Moving on from the waterfront area,
construction progresses to the city streets. The use of a hydraulic boom on a faltbed
truck makes the work go a lot quicker. Because we can move the truck around the site,
we can get pieces into position quickly and easily.
